underwhelming stay due to several issues
slow bar service dirty pool
The bar service was slow. It took far too long to get a drink each time i ordered. even when the bar wasn't busy, staff seemed to prioritize setting tables and chatting instead of serving customers. i also found the pool needed better cleaning, especially around the outside drain, where rubbish accumulated. staff spent more time on their phones than maintaining cleanliness around the pool area, disappointing.

dirty pool inattentive staff
the breakfast buffet was quite varied with many options.
The pool needed a good clean. There was rubbish sitting on the outside drain. i also noticed the staff often sat around chatting on their phones. fresh towels were not always laid out daily, disappointing..
